Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 2 days of delivery.

Return Conditions: All returned items must be in their original packaging and original condition, unused, unworn, and free from damage.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges: Exchanges may be requested within 2 days of delivery, subject to product availability and approval. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an eligible refund instead.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
